Garth Sinew only appears in Works Out. There, he competes against Ms. Frizzle in the Teacherathlon, supported by Janet. He wins the first event due to Ralphie telling Ms. Frizzle to hold her breath in the middle of the race. However, Ms. Frizzle turns things around in the next 2 races.
